| Smiley to Address Practicing Law Institute (PLI)
Brian Smiley will participate as a speaker in the prestigious Securities Arbitration program to be held in New York City on August 8, 2007. The PLI program, which brings together a faculty from across the United States, is entitled “Arbitrators and Mediators – Winning Their Hearts and Minds.” Mr. Smiley has previously spoken to and written for the PLI.
