Partners Brian Smiley and Steve Gard moderated and took part in panel presentations at the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA) 2006 meeting. They spoke on legal issues concerning fraud by investment professionals against retirees and prospective retirees. PIABA is national organization of attorneys who represent investors in arbitration claims against broker-dealers.
